Jane Peters

Jane Peters currently serves as a Consultant at BMC Mainframe Services by RSM Partners since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jane was the Head of Learning and Service Design at PeoplePlus UK, leading a team to develop apprenticeship programs for various sectors from July 2018 to November 2020. Jane's experience includes positions as Head of Sales and Senior Product Manager at learndirect Limited, where responsibilities included shaping product development and ensuring market competitiveness. Jane also completed an MBA at Aston Business School, focusing on a consultancy project with IBM regarding the impact of social media on businesses. Earlier career roles included Employer Services Director at the Skills Funding Agency, where significant increases in apprenticeship starts were achieved, and Skills Development Director at LSC. Jane holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Humberside.
