Jihad Sabra

Jihad Sabra is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in software development and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager at BMC Software since June 2021, Jihad empowers teams through the effective use of Agile and JIRA. Previously, as Program Manager at Nimble Storage from July 2016 to June 2021, Jihad drove efficiencies across the software development life cycle of HPE’s storage management and predictive analytics software, also acting as Scrum Master. Jihad contributed to the transition from waterfall to agile at Spirent Communications as Software Development Manager and led technical leadership initiatives at Cisco Systems. Jihad began the career as a Senior Software Engineer at Cylink Corporation, focusing on network security device management. Jihad holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.
