Jon Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical marketing within the software industry. They began their career at SAIC as an intern and later progressed to various roles at RealOps, Inc., where they contributed to its acquisition by BMC Software. At BMC, Jon held multiple positions, culminating in their current role as Sr. Director of Product Management, leading efforts to transform product offerings to subscription-based SaaS solutions while partnering with customers to innovate in service and operations management. Jon received a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
