Leah Sweet is a seasoned executive with a robust background in technology and operations, currently serving as a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at GoDaddy. Previously, Leah held leadership roles at PayPal, where significant achievements included developing a global credit platform and spearheading a successful transition to Agile methodologies. At American Express, Leah revamped a $250M technology strategy, significantly reducing costs and improving operational efficiency. Leah has also contributed to the Arizona Technology Council and the State of Arizona as Deputy CIO, where they created the state's first IT strategy, managing a $2B+ IT budget. Leah's educational journey began at Iowa State University.
