Mike Messier

Mike Messier, SHRM-CP, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Value Engineer at BMC Software, where expertise is utilized to align solutions with the needs of the United States Department of Defense and Canadian public sector accounts. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Value Consultant at UKG, directing sales engagements for workforce and human capital management solutions, and as Operations Manager at TA Instruments and Merck, overseeing production operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Earlier roles include quality control inspections at Penn-Jersey Concrete and management positions at Tanknology and within the United States Navy, where leadership and technical instruction were key responsibilities. Mike holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University and a BA in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from Excelsior University.
