Mila Lesov has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and DevOps roles. Initial experience began at CA Technologies as a Software Engineer and Configuration Manager from January 2000 to January 2005, followed by a position at ControlGuard in the same capacity from January 2005 to January 2007. Mila then worked at SmarTeam as a Configuration Management Engineer from January 2007 to August 2009 before serving as a DevOps and CM Scrum Master at AT&T from September 2009 to January 2018. Subsequently, Mila took on the role of DevOps Engineer at Qognify from February 2018 to March 2022, and currently holds the position of Sr. DevOps Engineer at BMC Software since April 2022.
