Paulin Chia

Paulin Chia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as the APAC Portfolio Director for Global Services at BMC Software since November 2015, Paulin Chia oversees all APAC project delivery matters, including governance and revenue forecasting, while representing the region in the global PMO community. Previously, Paulin Chia held significant roles at JDA Software, Crimson Logic, and EMC International, among others, where key contributions included implementing project management methodologies and managing large-scale projects. Paulin Chia's career began at Duty-Free Shoppers, and education credentials include a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the National University of Singapore.
