Phil Estep is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance at BMC Software since May 2011, Phil has also held several key positions within the company, including Regional Sales Manager for Central US Strategic Accounts and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to BMC Software, Phil held leadership roles at McMurray Technology Group, LLC, Rolta TUSC, Inc., WHITTMANHART, Persacis, and Medibuy, contributing significantly to revenue growth and operational profitability in various capacities. Phil holds an MSIA (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
