Roberto Bruni

Roberto Bruni is an experienced Practice Manager at BMC Software, where they lead a team of 11 in South Europe and serve as a service support practice leader. With a robust background in IT Service Management, Roberto has extensive experience in incident and problem management, change and release management, and enterprise architecture. Prior to joining BMC Software in 2007, Roberto worked as a certified IT specialist at IBM Italia S.p.A. from 1988 to 2007. They hold a degree in Informatics from IX I.T.I.S, which they completed between 1984 and 1986.
