Ryan Manning

Ryan Manning serves as Vice President of Product Management at BMC Software, overseeing BMC Helix Enterprise Service Management and related products, including low/no-code platforms and various IT service management solutions. Previously, Ryan held the role of Vice President of Product Management at Coupa Software, directly reporting to the Chief Product Officer and managing product lines with over $225 million in annual recurring revenue. As a co-founder of FreeAgent CRM, Ryan drove revenue growth and contributed to the initial CRM platform design. Ryan's prior experience includes roles at ServiceNow, where responsibilities involved positioning the company for IPO, and various positions at Dell EMC focusing on go-to-market finance. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from San Diego State University and attended the University of Oxford.
