Sarah Bessmann is currently the Lead Legal Counsel at BMC Software GmbH, where they have been serving since 2023 after holding the position of Legal Counsel from 2016 to 2023. Prior to their time at BMC Software, they worked as Legal Counsel at Techem Energy Contracting GmbH from 2013 to 2016 and completed a legal clerkship at Landgericht Wiesbaden between 2011 and 2013. Sarah holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Victoria University of Wellington and is pursuing their First State Examination at The Goethe University Frankfurt.
