Tim Ceradsky is an accomplished Enterprise Technologist and Sales Leader with a background in leading teams to drive innovation in mainframe technology and cloud solutions. They held various positions at Compuware, including Director of North America Field Technical Support, where they connected mainframe systems to CI/CD toolchains and empowered enterprise clients through effective DevOps practices. Prior to that, Tim served as a Federal Account Executive at EMC and Director at SEPATON, where they excelled in leading sales strategies and managing high-performing teams focused on enterprise data protection. Currently, as the Director of Value and Solutions Engineering at BMC Software, Tim leads a diverse team to ensure the effective integration of business-critical applications with a focus on innovative solutions.
