Faruk Pala is currently an Armored Vehicles Senior R&D Structural Design Engineer at BMC Defence, where they provide input to the concept design process and conduct project drawing and detail design studies. From 2022 to 2023, Faruk served as the R&D Mechanical Team Leader at Öztaş Metal Solutions. They also have experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Coolermed and ekosoft, as well as at Klimasan A.S. Faruk holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Celal Bayar University, obtained in 2017, and completed technical education in maintenance and repair at İzmir Çiğli 75. Yıl Anadolu Technical High School in 2012.
