Halil Avşar is a leader in design currently working as a Lider Tasarım Uzmanı at BMC Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş., focusing on the bus chassis team. They previously held positions such as Senior Designer at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA from 2011 to 2018, and Konstrüktor Ressam at Temsa Global from 2005 to 2009, contributing to various bus projects. Halil also worked as a Ür-ge Mühendisi at Farplas from 2009 to 2011, where they specialized in 3D designs for automotive plastic trim parts. Halil graduated from Gazi University in 2004 with a degree in Mechanical Education.
