İsmail Tepebaşı

İsmail Tepebaşı is a Senior Industrial Designer with extensive experience in design management across various industries. They began their career after completing their degree in Industrial Design at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi in 1999. İsmail has held positions including Assistant Manager at Koleksiyon Furniture, where they managed office chairs and special projects design. They also worked as an Industrial Designer at multiple companies, such as BPLAS and Otokar, advancing to team leadership at BMC Otomotiv in 2022. Prior to their design career, İsmail fulfilled military obligations at the Hava Savunma Okulu.
