In these roles, Byron ensures the operational continuity of all remote sites, oversees server functionality, and manages support queries along with the Telephone Management System and telecommunications infrastructure. Additionally, Byron provides computer support, facilitates daily backups, and assists end users. Education was completed at Seatides Secondary School from 1991 to 1996.
