Adam Mott currently serves as Vice President of Catalogs and Deal Sourcing at BMG - The New Music Company since April 2024. With extensive experience in the music industry, Mott is the Owner of AJM Management, founded in January 2017. Previous roles include A&R services at Round Hill Music (2019-2024), Music Manager at Satellite Management (2018-2021), and Manager at Rick Sales Entertainment Group (2015-2016). Mott was also Vice President at Outerloop Management (2012-2014), Manager at Yeah! Management (2010-2011), and Music Manager at The Syndicate (2008-2009). As Co-Owner of Underground Operations Records and Music Management (2005-2008), Mott contributed to the record label and management company under Universal Music Canada. Mott holds a Music Production and Engineering Degree from Fanshawe College, earned between 1995 and 1998.
