Dave Golder is a global music marketing and distribution specialist with over 10 years of experience managing international artist campaigns and optimizing digital strategies. They are currently a self-employed Artist & Label Strategy Consultant and serve as the Director of Streaming UK at BMG. Previously, Dave held positions at Virgin Music Group and Universal Music Group, where they developed innovative streaming strategies and collaborated with cross-functional teams for successful marketing campaigns. They also managed a high-profile independent record label at Cr2 Records, driving commercial strategies and audience development for renowned artists. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Music from the University of Brighton.
