Jenn Dobbins

Jenn Dobbins is currently the SVP, Rights & Royalties for BMG, where they lead the Copyright and Recorded Music Administration teams in the Nashville hub. With over 20 years of experience, Jenn has held various positions including Royalty Administrator at Sony BMG Music Canada and Senior Manager of Royalty Accounting & Income Analysis at Big Machine Label Group. Previously, Jenn also served as Director of Royalties at Exactuals and has worked with JKBX (Jukebox). Jenn is dedicated to empowering music creators through transparent reporting and accurate calculations, and resides in Nashville with their family. They are pursuing further education with certificates from Harvard Online and degrees from Western University and Fanshawe College.
