Miranda Stanfield

Miranda Stanfield currently serves as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at BMG - The New Music Company, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Miranda worked as a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist at Live Nation Entertainment, where active recruitment efforts led to over 100 new applicants during the 2023 concert season at Ascend Amphitheater. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Administrative Specialist at Wood Personnel Services, where recruitment and onboarding processes for numerous candidates were managed effectively. Miranda's career began at Pfunky Griddle, transitioning from Server and Hostess to Human Resources Assistant. Miranda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Chemistry Minor from Trevecca Nazarene University.
