Ryan Rauscher has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Ryan is currently working as a Senior Director of YouTube Business Development at BMG - The New Music Company, where they are responsible for optimizing and growing the company's YouTube business. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Sony Music Entertainment in various roles. Ryan served as the Director of Partner Development, International Sales, where they managed the strategic side of Sony Music's partnership with Spotify. Ryan also worked as the Manager of Business Intelligence, building a team of data scientists and analysts. Additionally, Ryan has experience in digital marketing, online media analysis, and program and operations management.
