Xu Chen is currently the Manager of Visual Content in the People & Communications department at BMG, a position held since 2026. Prior to this role, Xu served as a Junior Manager in the same department from 2024 to 2026 and gained experience as an Assistant at Universal Music Deutschland from 2020 to 2023. Xu also worked as a Werkstudent at sleep.ink and DEPARTD in 2020 and 2024, respectively, focusing on creative concepts and social media strategies. Xu holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Society and Economic Communication from Universität der Künste Berlin and an additional Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from 厦门大学.
