Founded in 1988 by Detlev von Breitenstein and Martin Hauser, BMH AVOCATS is an independent law firm active in the field of business law.

Franco-german in origin, BMH AVOCATS has successfully developed its activities on an international level. In order to meet this challenge, we rely on a number of independent local partner-firms and, particularly, a co-operation with a law firm in Shanghai.
