Arman Solas is an accomplished industrial manager with extensive experience in operations, manufacturing optimization, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Industrial Manager at BMI Group since September 2021, Arman oversees all local operations and is responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, team management, and research and development activities. Prior roles include Operational Excellence Manager and Lean Manufacturing Manager at Kale Grubu, where Arman led various continuous improvement projects and engineering functions.
