Mathilde L. has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Group Capex at BMI Group since June 2019, overseeing procurement processes for capital expenditures and developing strategies to optimize costs. Previously held roles include Procurement Head for Asia and South Africa, where leadership of a team focused on supplier reduction and contract management was key. Mathilde contributed to long-term sourcing strategies for pigments, emulsions, and plastics as Group Category Manager, emphasizing innovation and sustainability. Prior to BMI, Mathilde served as Group Procurement Manager at Lombard International Assurance and held various positions at ArcelorMittal, including Global Buyer, Internal Auditor, and Project Manager. Early career experience includes roles in supply chain management at Ferrero Trading S.A. and project management at Enomatic Southeast USA. Mathilde holds a Master of Science in Management and is a member of CIPS.
