Will West is an experienced FP&A Director with a robust international background and a passion for sustainability in business. Over their career, they have held various leadership roles, including Head of Finance Business Partnering and Sustainability Reporting at BMI Group, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis International at Avis Budget Group. Will's expertise in data-driven financial analysis and business partnering has been evident through their work in multiple organizations, where they focused on strategic decision-making and project management. Will is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a 2:1 MA Hons in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
