Xinran Chen

Xinran Chen has extensive experience in reward and performance management, currently serving as the Global Reward and Performance Director at BMI Group since November 2019. Prior roles at BMI included Head of Reward, Performance and HR Ops and Global Reward and Performance Lead. Prior to BMI, Xinran held various positions at Vodafone from January 2010 to October 2019, including Senior Reward Manager for Vodafone UK and Group Reward Manager. Xinran's career began at PwC, where roles included Senior Associate and Associate focused on reward and international mobility. Educational credentials include an MSc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bath and a BSc in Economics from The University of Manchester.
