Bmita Group is a UK-based leadership development and executive education company founded in 2012 by Dr. Carlos Gomez.

For over a decade, we have designed and delivered leadership transformation programmes for executives, entrepreneurs, and government officials across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Our work sits at the intersection of organisational psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and consciousness-based development.

Our flagship programmes - the Authentic Leadership Development Programme (ALDP) and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) - have been accredited by the Institute of Leadership and delivered internationally to hundreds of leaders seeking lasting personal and professional transformation.

In 2024, we founded NeuraLead Institute to bring this work to a wider audience through AI-powered diagnostics, personalised microlearning pathways, and scalable transformation programmes. NeuraLead is the technology and platform arm of Bmita Group, extending our 12-year track record into the next generation of leadership development.

What we do:

Executive education and corporate leadership programmes.
Conscious leadership training grounded in neuroscience and contemplative practice.

The Conscious Leadership Fellowship - a 12-week deep-work transformation programme.

AI-powered leadership diagnostics and personalised development pathways via NeuraLead.

International speaking, consulting, and curriculum design for universities and organisations.

Published works including The Clear-Minded Leader (#1 international bestseller), The Imposter Syndrome Remedy and academic papers.

Our approach is built on one conviction: the leaders our world needs are not produced by better strategies or more skills. They are developed through inner work, through consciousness expansion, psychological maturity, and the kind of self-knowledge that transforms not just performance, but the person behind it.

Registered in England and Wales.
