Bill Hoi Fong Chan, M.D., BCMAS, currently serves as Executive Director and previously held the roles of Sr Medical Director and Medical Director for Taiwan and Hong Kong at Eli Lilly and Company since September 2019. Concurrently, Bill serves as an Adjunct Attending Neurologist at En Chu Kong Hospital and a Guest Reviewer for the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry. Prior experience includes serving as Medical & Regulatory Affairs Director at Ipsen Pharma Taiwan, where Bill established the Medical Affairs department and led initiatives in oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases. Bill has also worked as a Medical Advisor at GSK and as an attending neurologist at ECK Hospital. Bill's educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in neurobiology at National Taiwan University, along with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the same institution.
