Christopher Standing

Christopher Standing is an experienced professional with a background in XML content analysis and software development. At BSI, Christopher served as an XML Analyst, focusing on the analysis of XML content for both new and legacy products, and developed transformations using XSLT, XQuery, and Xpath. Prior to this role, Christopher worked at BioMed Central, holding positions as Production Assistant, Senior Production Editor, and Production Editor. Currently, as a Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer at BMJ, Christopher is responsible for maintaining and creating software for XML content workflows, as well as facilitating the transition to new business systems. Christopher holds a BA-Hons in Creative Advertising from the University of Central Lancashire, in addition to a BTEC in Art & Design from Wirral Metropolitan College.
