Jonathan Black

User Researcher

Jonathan Black is an experienced User Researcher at BMJ, where responsibility includes leading research projects that inform business decisions and ensure products meet the needs of healthcare professionals. Previous roles at BMJ include producing user research initiatives for digital and print products, as well as managing the production of online training courses for medical professionals. Prior to BMJ, Jonathan worked as a Research Assistant at Queen Mary, University of London, overseeing the Computer Science For Fun project, and served as Events Coordinator at The Royal Institution of Great Britain, organizing scientific talks and events. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Science Communication from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University.
