Matthew Bailey

Matthew Bailey is a Program Analyst at BMNT, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Analyst and Junior Analyst at Common Mission Project from July 2022 to March 2024 and was a Fellow in the Young Professionals Network at Eurasia Foundation from September 2022 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at Jury-X, LLC, where Matthew analyzed juror data to optimize jury selection in civil litigation, and as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Matthew holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Slavic Languages and Literatures and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where studies were completed in May 2022.
