Jonathan Ma is a Senior Consultant at Adastra, with an extensive background in technology and consulting. They began their career at CIBC, where they served as an Advisory Developer and later as an ETL Team Leader. After a brief tenure as a Data Warehouse Consultant at Zurich Insurance, they joined BMO Financial Group in 1997 as a Senior Technical Lead, a position they continue to hold. Jonathan holds an Honour degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and an Engineering Physics degree from McMaster University.
