As Director of the Global Financial Institutions Group at BMO Capital Markets, Le Phan managed portfolio risk for banks and SSAs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as maintained client relations with key European banks in North America. Prior experience includes leadership in credit underwriting and portfolio management across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
