Mark Ostrowski

Mark Ostrowski is a dynamic financial services leader currently serving as the Managing Director of BMO Sponsor Finance, a role held since 2017. With a strong background in commercial banking and global markets, Mark has held various leadership positions at BMO, including Senior Vice President of both the Integration Management Office and Commercial and Business Banking Strategy. Prior to BMO, Mark worked as an Executive Director in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young and served in senior roles at ABN AMRO and LaSalle Bank, focusing on corporate development and strategic acquisitions. Mark earned an MBA in Finance, International Business, Marketing, and Management & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
