Nick Averitt has extensive work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Nick has been with BMS Group since 2015, starting as a Vice President - Contracts and currently serving as a Senior Vice President - Contracts. Prior to that, they worked at Aon Benfield for six years, where they held the position of Associate Director - Contracts and was responsible for drafting and reviewing various reinsurance contracts. Before joining Aon Benfield, Nick worked at Benfield as a Drafter and Administrative Assistant. Nick also has experience in HR, having worked as an HR Assistant at Residential Services, Inc. in 2005.
Nick Averitt completed their Associate of Arts degree in Psychology at Gogebic Community College from 1999 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Michigan University, graduating in 2003.
