Reagan Phillips

Reagan Phillips is an Associate Broker at BMS Group since July 2024, following a role as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at ISC (Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC) from June 2020 to June 2024. During the internship, Reagan gained experience across multiple departments, contributing to agency management, compliance, and quality assurance, while also creating graphics and websites for Human Resources. Previously, Reagan worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Intelligence Driven Advisers (IDA) in the summer of 2019, focusing on client organizational management and financial analysis. Education includes a degree from the University of California, Berkeley (August 2020 - May 2024), study at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (January 2023 - May 2023), and graduation from Carlsbad High School (June 2020).
