Simon Kemp

Simon Kemp is currently the General Counsel at BMS Group, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, they served as a Consultant at Clyde & Co from 2018 to 2020 and were a Partner at Clyde & Co LLP from 2001 to 2018. Simon was also a Partner at Stephen Mitchell & Co from 1988 to 2001 and an Assistant Solicitor at Elborne Mitchell LLP from 1984 to 1988. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Hull, completed in 1981, and have co-edited "The Law of Insurance Broking" with Christopher Henley.
