Steph Kitching is a development coach at BMS Progress, where they focus on improving performance and progressing careers. They previously held the role of National Employer Account Manager at Woodspeen Training, and prior to that, worked as a Business Development Manager at GP Strategies Training Limited. Before entering the training sector, Steph served as a Sales Manager and Deputy Store Manager at Debenhams and briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at BT.
