Vicky Maes

Vicky Maes is currently the Compensation & Benefits Manager at BMT Group, having joined the company in 2018. Previously, Vicky held the position of HR Manager at Surface Treatment Company, a subsidiary of VCST, from 2007 to 2012, and also served as Comp & Ben Manager and Training Manager at VCST from 2012 to 2017. Vicky began their career as a Consultant at Start People and worked as a Human Resources Officer at Philips Lighting from 2000 to 2007, managing HR for approximately 500 employees. Vicky earned a Bachelor’s degree from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and a Post-Academic Study degree from Hasselt University.
