Heather Schultz

Heather Schultz has over 15 years of work experience, starting from their role as a Branch Manager at Spherion in 2006. Heather later became an On-Premise Manager at the same company before joining USO as a Senior Corporate Recruiter in 2010. Following this, they worked at PeopleMatter as a Corporate Recruiter and was responsible for full life cycle recruitment efforts. In 2016, they joined Snag as the Snagger Services Manager and oversaw human resources operations for multiple offices. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Accountfully as the Human Resources Director, managing personnel and implementing effective human resources programs and initiatives. Currently, they are serving as the Director of People Operations at BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX), focusing on HR operations.

Heather Schultz attended Juniata College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition, they hold a certification as a Talent Acquisition Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
