Laura Mason

Laura Mason, SPHR, has extensive work experience in human resources. Laura most recently served as the Human Resources Director at BMWC Constructors since May 2020. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at USA Gymnastics from September 2019 to May 2020. From December 2014 to June 2019, they held the position of VP Human Resources at CraftMark Bakery, LLC. Laura also worked as the Human Resources Director at Kaman Industrial Technologies from an undisclosed start date in 1995 until November 2014.

Laura Mason, SPHR completed a BA degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Additionally, they pursued coursework towards a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University.
