Lance Webb

Lance Webb is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in various industries. Currently, Lance serves as the Company Owner at Black Paddle Construction Ltd. since May 2020, where the team focuses on creating durable and stylish landscape designs. Additionally, Lance has been a Partner at Valor Hockey since January 2020, contributing to the launch of a cutting-edge hockey helmet. As an Investor in BN3TH since June 2012, Lance also has a background in corporate apparel and sports through previous roles at Spyder Active Sports, where Lance worked from January 2014 to March 2021, and as the Ontario Managing Rep for Burton Snowboards from March 1996 to May 2013. Lance's entrepreneurial journey began with partnerships at Pipeline Surf and Snow and Cottage Bar and Grill. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada, attended from 1985 to 1989.
