James Caswell

James Caswell began their work experience in 2016 as a Highschool Mentorship at Sabre Commercial, Inc. James then worked as a Scheduling Coordinator at Berry College, where they operated the university's switchboard, managed sound-tech for events, and coordinated weddings/events. In 2017, they worked as a Valet Attendant at Towne Park and as a Sales Intern at VRBO Vacation Rentals by Owners from Home Away, where they made outbound calls, recorded customer updates, and supported sales and marketing campaigns. In 2018, they became a Sales Intern and Brand Ambassador at ListingSpark, where they excelled in sales and secured appointments with realtors. James also worked as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the same year. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Full Time Student at Texas A&M University. In 2020, James became an Insurance Producer at SOUTHWEST BUSINESS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. James then worked as a Property Manager and Senior Property Manager at ABOVE Vacation Residences from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Manager at bnbfinder.

James Caswell attended Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, and Real Estate. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2017, James was enrolled at Berry College, where they studied Economics with a focus on Business and Managerial Economics.
