Charles O'Neil

Charles O'Neil is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project engineering, estimating, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at BNBuilders since August 2016, Charles has previously held roles as a Project Engineer and Estimator within the same company. Prior to BNBuilders, Charles worked as an Estimator at Alegis Construction from April 2015 to August 2016, leading estimating and bid coordination for various projects. Charles also contributed as a Project Manager Assistant at Black Ball Construction from 2009 to April 2015, overseeing subcontractor compliance with project timelines and budgets. Early professional experiences include serving as a PR Assistant for the ASCWU Board of Directors and coaching sports at Skyhawks Sports Academy. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Central Washington University, completed in 2012, after attending Western Oregon University.
