Chris Bae

Chris Bae is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction and engineering roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Executive and previously as a Preconstruction Manager at BNBuilders since June 2021, Chris has demonstrated expertise in project estimating and preconstruction processes. Prior roles include Estimator at Hathaway Dinwiddie and Level 10 Construction, where Chris focused on delivering maximum value for clients through precise project takeoffs and effective subcontractor relationships. With foundational experience as an Engineering Manager and Project Engineer in earlier positions, as well as a strong academic background with a B.S. in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego, Chris has a comprehensive understanding of project coordination, constructability assessments, and innovative construction solutions.
