David Scherling

David Scherling is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimating. Since June 2021, David has served as a Senior Estimator at BNBuilders. Prior to this role, David worked at Clark Construction Group, LLC for a decade, where positions included Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Earlier in David's career, an Associate Project Manager role was held at Opus Construction Corp from May 2006 to August 2007. David holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) and a Master of Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis, completed between 2007 and 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Florida, obtained in 2006.
