James Killiany

James Killiany is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in management and supervision roles. Currently serving as a Superintendent at BNBuilders, James leads the Bay-Area Google Headquarters project, a $1.6 billion initiative, while overseeing a team of direct reports. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent 3 and Superintendent II at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where responsibilities involved significant project oversight. James also held the position of Project Manager at Restoration East LLC, managing various aspects of project execution and compliance. Earlier roles included an Intern Inspector at PennDOT, where inspection duties were performed, and a Freight Handler position at FedEx. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Design and Construction Management Technology from Penn State University.
