Steve Watkins

Steve Watkins has a extensive work experience in the construction industry. Steve started their career at Rick Burnstead Construction in 1998 as the Land Development/Warranty Director before moving on to Absher Construction in 2008. At Absher Construction, they worked as a Senior Estimator and later became the Chief Estimator. In 2014, they joined The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western as the Director of Preconstruction, a role they held for five years. Currently, Steve is employed at BNBuilders, where they have held various positions including Senior Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, and their current role as Chief Estimator.

Steve Watkins attended the University of Washington from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Construction Management. Prior to that, they graduated from Enumclaw High School in 1990. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) from the American Society of Professional Estimators.
