Teryn Odegard

Teryn Odegard is a seasoned Human Resources professional with diverse experience in employee benefits and coordination. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at BNBuilders since December 2021, Teryn manages leave of absence requests and provides comprehensive information regarding employee rights under FMLA and ADA. Previously, as a Human Resources Coordinator at First Choice In-Home Care, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2021, Teryn recruited care providers, facilitated documentation, and collaborated with labor unions to support medical coverage for over 1,500 staff members. Earlier roles included serving as a Senior Direct Care Supervisor, managing care services for a vulnerable population, and overseeing teams in retail management.
